As a general term, you may return the products you have bought within a period of 7 (seven) days following the date of delivery by specifying the reason for return, without damaging, using and affecting merchantability of the product.
Orders may be canceled online until the consignment invoice is issued; in which case it shall not be considered a return. Also, if product orders, invoices for which have already been issued, are cancelled before delivery to customer, singer.com.tr shall track shipments with the cargo company. Terms for return of the products that are bought and delivery of which are completed, but will not be used, that is, products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, are provided under the Sales Agreement and set out as follows.

The delivery person will ask you to present a proof of ID (identity card, driver's license, passport) before delivering the product to you or your designated person. Depending of the mode of operation of courier company, the delivery person leaves a VISIT NOTE when you are not found at the address of delivery. In this case, you are supposed to contact the relevant courier company and visit their local office to take delivery of your shipment. If you notice any missing items after you take delivery of the products and leave the courier company's office, you may report it to email@example.com by specifying your order number and shipment status. We will respond to you on this matter as soon as possible.
For shipment through a courier company, if the package is damaged during shipment, the damage shall be covered by singer.com.tr.
In case of damaged packages;
- Do not take delivery of damaged packages, and file a delivery report with the respective courier company.
- Where the delivery person believes that the package is not damaged, you are entitled to get it opened and checked to make sure that the products are delivered in undamaged condition, and to still ask for determination of their conditions through a delivery report.
- The products should not be returned because of minor dents on the box or packaging which would not cause any damage to the products in them.
- Once you take delivery of the package, the respective courier company is considered to have duly performed its duty.
- In cases where the package is not accepted and a delivery report is completed, you should immediately inform singer.com.tr along with the copy of the report you have kept.
